Thank You!Wed Jun 16 04:53pm
We would like to thank our amazing community for their support today when we were suddenly asked to close down the school by the Ministry of Education due to a terminated water supply. We really appreciated the way so many of our families were able to rally around and collect their children earlier than usual.
Thank you all so much – school is back to normal tomorrow!

Hello Freyberg whānau,
Unfortunately Watercare has notified us that due to an emergency breakage in our area, our water supply has been terminated for the remainder of the day. As this is is a health and safety risk, we have been advised by the MOE that we need to close the school site for the remainder of the day. If you are able, we would appreciate it if you could collect your children from their classroom as soon as you are able.
We have been informed that the fault will be remedied by the end of the day so we will be open as usual tomorrow.
As this affects everybody on our school site – Kids Club, Preschool and Community Education will also be closed for the rest of the day.
Thank you in advance for your support.

A delicious sausage sizzle will also be taking place at midday, with sausages available for $1.00 each. Separately cooked vegetarian options will also be available for all of our non meat eating tamariki!
Please hand in all money to classroom teachers so that they are able to record sausage orders for our BBQ team.
